NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following person has applied to the Lawrence County Administrative Official for a Conditional Use Permit under the Lawrence County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 19, to allow a PROPANE STORAGE FACILITY:

Notice is further given that said application will be heard by the Lawrence County Planning and Zoning Board in the Commissioners Room of the Courthouse Annex Building, 90 Sherman St, Deadwood, SD on the 4th day of June 2020 at 1:30 p.m.
