NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


BEFORE THE LAWRENCE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, DEADWOOD, SOUTH DAKOTA 57732


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following person filed an APPEAL to the Board of Adjustment.


This hearing is to appeal the Planning & Zoning Administrator’s decision regarding the requirement of a Variance per Chapter 16 in order to replace an existing mobile home with a new modular home on a foundation that already exists on property zoned SRD-Suburban  Residential, but it will not meet the current 25’ setback requirement from Second Street in St. Onge.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 4-9, Blk 1 of St. Onge township lots Section 23, T7N, R3E. 


Notice is further given that said application will be heard by the Lawrence County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioner’s Room of the Courthouse Annex Building, 90 Sherman Street, Deadwood, South Dakota, on Tuesday, the 23rd day of October, 2018 at 9:15 a.m.  At which time and place any person interested may appear and show cause, if there be any, why such special exception should or should not be granted.
