24 / 7 Program

The 24 / 7 Program is a sobriety program that consists of Preliminary Breath Testing (PBT), Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) and Urinalysis (UA). There are several ways an individual may be enrolled in the 24 / 7 Program including:

  • Condition of Bond
  • Condition of Sentence
  • Probation / Parole
  • Work Permit

  3. Urinalysis (UA)

Preliminary Breath Testing or PBT is offered twice a day from 7 to 7:30 a.m. and 7 to 7:30 p.m.

Program Enrollment Fees

When an individual is enrolled in the PBT program, they will pay $60 to begin the program. This $60 will cover the $30 enrollment fee as well as 15 days of PBT testing ($1 per test). This $1 per test will continue until the individual is taken off the 24/7 program.
